- ZERO tolerance for loud noise, including music and loud talking after 10pm. Charges will incur after warning.

--No smoking or vaping.

-Do not use the axes to chop wood on the deck.

-No excessive noise during the day when outside.

-No noise outside between 10pm-8am

- No parties (2 or more people making loud noise or playing music past 10pm potentially involving irresponsible use of alcohol).

-Any damages to items or property incurred during your stay will be charged for.

-There are wild animals in the area and all over British Columbia. Be bear aware. Don't leave any food or garbage outside.

-Follow all hot tub rules. Always close lid after use.

-No pets under any circumstances.

-Put board games and books away after use.

🪶The FireLøge is heated with a centrally located wood burning fireplace. Dial your fire building skills and enjoy the warming flames. Wood, kindle, and step by step instructions are included

🪶 100% allergen free (strict no pet policy) 4 adorable outdoor cats on the property and are not allowed inside

* The Blaeberry Base is tucked away on a quiet residential road, just 5 minutes from the highway—easy to reach, yet perfectly secluded in nature.

*Home to 4 different airbnbs within the 3 acre property.

*NOT suitable for loud parties or large gatherings*

Areas exclusive to Fireløge: hot tub, private deck, and bbq area. The sauna and garden are communal.

The neighborhood is very quiet and we ask that guests respect this peace and tranquility at all times of the day. No noise policy is enforced between 10pm-8am.

Privacy is easy to attain. Please respect each others space.
Additional notes
All 4 bedrooms are in the basement and heated independently by thermostats to your personal preference. There are 2 large fans and no AC.

This property is located in the mountains, which is home to bears, elk, deer, skunks, wolves, insects, spiders and other creatures. It is possible to see some creatures enter the space. Please try to keep outside doors/windows and screens closed to minimize this. Bears have strong noses and are capable to break into cars and homes if food is not cleaned up and secured. Please see bear awareness/safety information online. No refund is available for inconveniences due to wildlife.

***There is little to no service once you turn off the highway into the Blaeberry. Feel free to fully disconnect from the world or connect to the wifi provided.***
Guest interaction
The 3 acre property is shared with 3 other private airbnbs, with the cabin being the closest to the FireLøge(see photos).

The caretakers and ourselves will be on and off the property for any help you may need.
Neighborhood overview
The Blaeberry Valley is a wild and majestic place. 10 minutes from Golden, BC you feel like you are in a remote wilderness setting. Tranquil and rugged. Neighbours are very friendly, there is no crime. World class hiking and waterfalls within walking distance. Please respect the peace and tranquility.
Getting around
You will want to travel here by car, and in the winter, it is mandatory to have winter tires.

It is possible to get a taxi from Golden.
